2. Product features

Wash thoroughly, clean and leave no residue. With abundant foam, it is beneficial to improve the air permeability of the blanket, reduce the phenomenon of blanket hardening, prolong the service life of the blanket, and improve the quality of paper. It does not contain acid, ammonia and free alkali, and is safe and non-corrosive to the surface of the felt and the press roll. The selected surfactants can be biochemically degraded and are safe for the environment.

Four, use

This product is suitable for on-machine and off-machine cleaning of one-press, two-press, and three-press papermaking blankets and boot covers.

Five, use method

On-machine cleaning: ①First, at a concentration of 1%-2%, dilute with warm water at 50-60°C. ②Stop the pulp supply. After 5 minutes of water stop, the paper machine turns to crawl speed and relaxes the blanket.

③Spray the prepared cleaning agent evenly on the entire blanket. In order to ensure that the blanket absorbs the cleaning agent evenly, the spraying time should not be less than the running time of the felt for 3-5 cycles (approximately 10-15 minutes).

④ After cleaning, continue to run the blanket at crawling speed for 5-10 minutes, and rinse with water until the blanket does not feel slippery. Washing off the machine: Dilute the blanket with water at 50-60℃ at a concentration of 5%, then immerse the blanket in the pool for about 30 minutes. Use a brush to scrub the severely soiled areas. Rinse with water after washing, and put it back in after drying. use.
