1. Function and Application
It belongs to the silicone oil type dryer release agent, which is made by emulsifying silicone oil. This product has strong heat resistance, oxidation resistance, viscosity-temperature resistance and large compressibility. It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -50℃-300℃. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of strong air permeability, low surface tension, good water and moisture resistance, and low volatility. In addition, this product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and physiologically inert.
This product can be sprayed directly on the surface of the drying cylinder to form a layer of good air permeability and excellent water repellency and moisture resistance on the surface of the drying cylinder, which can effectively isolate the stickies from the drying cylinder, so that the stickies will follow the paper web. The system can prevent stickies from accumulating on the dryer and make the surface of the cylinder cleaner. At the same time, it has the effect of lubrication, which increases the service life of the dryer and the scraper; it also reduces paper breaks caused by sticky matters and increases the operation rate of the paper machine.
