The construction funds are district-level fiscal funds and have been implemented. The project owner is the Construction Bureau of the Management Committee of Changchun Lianhua Mountain Eco-tourism Resort.

Construction site: Changchun Lianhua Mountain Eco-tourism Resort.

Construction scale: Water supply pipeline network project, the pipe diameter is DN400mm-DN600mm, and the total pipeline length is 25329m.

Planned investment: feasibility study estimated total investment of 86.129 million yuan (including: engineering cost of 68.912 million yuan; survey fee of 758 thousand yuan; design fee of 2.5062 million yuan.)

It is currently in the stage of survey and design bidding.
